| Summary, etc. | Porter sur soi des quantificateurs de l’activité ( quantified self) de son corps vivant n’est pas seulement une nouvelle forme de biopolitique par la gestion de ses données par la marche des corps, mais la découverte des limites du biofeedback par la démesure de l’activité de son vivant. Connaître ses rythmes, motricités, dépenses énergétiques, taux sanguins entretient l’illusion du bio-contrôle sur soi alors qu’elle instaure une nouvelle connaissance de son vivant par la conscience de son corps vécu. Plus que la médecine prédictive d’un agrandissement du corps, cette médecine réflexive oblige le sujet à penser son auto-santé en délimitant son hybridation in vivo, ce qui dépend de lui de ce qui lui échappe. Cette médecine réflexive, que nous avons appelée l’auto-santé, entretient l’illusion d’une correspondance et d’une exactitude de mesure entre ce que produit le vivant en nous et ce dont notre vécu en aurait conscience. Pour contourner cet écart, la quantification de soi par la wearable technologie instaure un bio-contrôle fictif. De ce fait la transmutation biologique s’effectue en nous sans que nous puissions intégralement en disposer à volonté, nous confrontant à l’involontaire, à l’accident ou au déroulement de la logique interne du vivant. |
