| Summary, etc. | L’article montre que les metteur-e-s en scène de théâtre, malgré des trajectoires professionnelles différenciées, partagent une même « communauté de destin », selon l’expression de Ferdinand Tönnies. Ce terme renvoie à l’unité affective qui se crée pendant les formations à la mise en scène, tant entre apprenti-e-s que dans le rapport qui les lie à leurs enseignant-e-s. Il faut noter que le constat de Reine Prat de trajectoires professionnelles inégalitaires entre hommes et femmes s’origine au moment de la sortie des cursus pédagogiques. Les artistes n’entretiennent pas le même rapport subjectif à leur carrière. Après ce temps de désunion, le travail sur le plateau des metteur-e-s en scène montre un autre mécanisme de la « communauté de destin », outre la reconquête du lien matriciel, i.e. la flexibilité interprétative rendue possible par un discours métaphorique ouvrant le spectre de la nature des connexions au collectif. |

| Summary, etc. | This article shows that theatre directors, despite different career paths, share the same “ Schicksalsgemeinschaft” (“common destiny”), according to the expression of Ferdinand Tönnies. This term refers to the emotional unity that builds up itself during director training, both between students and in their relationships with their teachers. It must be noted that Reine Prat’s report on unequal career paths between men and women can be traced back to when they leave training programs. Artists do not maintain the same subjective relation to their careers. After this time of disunity, the on-set work of theater directors shows another mechanism of the “common destiny,” besides the reconquest of the matrix link, i.e., the interpretative flexibility made possible by a metaphoric discourse opening the spectrum of the nature of connections to the collective. |
