| Summary, etc. | Le terrorisme nucléaire constitue une menace particulièrement préoccupante pour la sécurité des territoires des États. Cette menace est transfrontière. L’impératif de prévention en matière nucléaire s’est manifesté d’un côté par une coopération institutionnelle avec au moins deux grandes organisations, l’ONU et l’AIEA. D’un autre, la coopération diplomatique témoigne d’une réelle vitalité des initiatives internationales sur ces questions. Il y a une complémentarité des approches, la diplomatie permettant de surmonter les blocages et de faire progresser l’appréhension juridique de la sécurité nucléaire. |

| Summary, etc. | Nuclear terrorism constitutes a particularly worrying threat to the security of states’ territories. This threat is transboundary. On the other hand, diplomatic cooperation testifies to the real vitality of international initiatives on these issues.
