| Summary, etc. | À partir des travaux anthropologiques consacrés aux sociétés africaines traditionnelles qui présentent la sorcellerie comme un monde en double intervenant régulièrement dans la vie réelle pour en expliquer les divers aléas, l’article montre que les bouleversements qui ont affecté l’Afrique tout au long du xxe siècle ont accentué encore plus la présence de ce monde en double. Il propose ainsi l’idée d’une modernité de la sorcellerie et indique ensuite que celle-ci vaut bien au-delà de l’Afrique en s’accordant bien avec les théories du complot fleurissant un peu partout dans le monde. |

The article shows that the presence of this double world has been intensified by the upheavals affecting Africa all along the 20th century. The notion of witchcraft as being part of modernity is posited, and the article points to the fact that witchcraft can be found well beyond the boundaries of the African continent and is linked to the conspiracy theories thriving everywhere in the world. |

Sugere a ideia de uma modernidade da feitiçaria que não se limita a África, uma vez que está de acordo com as teorias da conspiração que florescem em todo o mundo. |
