| Summary, etc. | L’immense majorité des auteurs de stratégie militaire ou de politique internationale s’accorde pour reconnaître le brouillage actuel des codes et des cadres traditionnels du conflit collectif armé. Guerres interétatiques, de prédation, civiles, asymétriques, irrégulières, terrorisme, tout succède à tout, se chevauche, se mélange, pour disparaître dans le grand fourre-tout du générique « instabilité ». La polémosphère désigne ce brouillard. L’article qui lui est consacré ne tente pas de l’analyser en le déconstruisant, mais en invoquant d’autres perspectives que sont l’intégration planétaire, l’inconscient collectif, les concurrences mémorielles. Mais la prudence analytique reste de mise : comme dans toute période intermédiaire, la gestation se passe la nuit. |

| Summary, etc. | The vast majority of international, military strategy, or international politics authors agree to concede the present interference of traditional codes and frameworks of collective armed conflict. Irregular, asymmetrical, civil, and interstate wars, as well as terrorism, everything succeeds everything, overlaps and blends to vanish in a great jumble of “instability”. The socalled polemosphere points out this murk. This article, which develops this concept, doesn’t aim to analyze it, while un-knitting it, but makes an attempt to evoke other perspectives which are : world integration, collective recklessness, memorial concurrence. Somehow, it requires to keep in mind some sort of analitycal caution : like any other intermediate period, gestation occurs at night. |
