| Summary, etc. | Le présent article propose la restitution d’une étude de terrain conduite sur trois ans au sein de plusieurs établissements de santé privés dans un contexte de déploiement d’un outil métier numérique : le dossier patient informatisé. À partir des résultats obtenus de plusieurs matériaux d’enquête, nous analysons des phénomènes structurels, comportementaux et communicationnels qui œuvrent à la structuration collaborative de nouvelles formes d’organisation du travail alors perturbées par une « numérisation » des logiques d’actions. Ces processus de recomposition, de remise en forme de l’organisation, semblent produire de nouvelles modalités de construction de sens et de mise en forme du quotidien des acteurs. Le prisme du design collaboratif est alors utilisé pour appréhender les mécanismes de ces processus à travers des recompositions organisationnelles situées. |

| Summary, etc. | This article proposes a restitution of a fieldwork conducted over three years in several private healthcare establishments involved in process of digital tool deployment : the computerized patient record. From the results obtained from several survey materials, we analyse structural, behavioural and communicational phenomena from which work towards the collaborative structuring of new forms of work organization disturbed by a "digitization" of processes. These processes of reorganization and re-shaping of the organization seem to produce new ways of constructing meaning and shaping the actor’s routines. Prism of collaborative design is used here to apprehend the mechanisms of these processes through organizational reconstructions located. |
