| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article propose une présentation de quelques résultats concernant les « situations problématiques » et les usages « prometteurs » d’un environnement hypermédia « ouvert ». L’analyse de l’activité des utilisateurs de cet environnement en situation réelle de formation a été menée à partir du cadre théorique et méthodologique du cours d’action. La description des cours d’action des utilisateurs fait apparaître une errance interprétée comme une perte de sens et une désorientation mais également une capacité des utilisateurs à « s’autoréférencer » et à exploiter de manière opportuniste les offres de cet environnement « ouvert ». |

| Summary, etc. | This article presents some results concerning “problematic situations” and the “promising uses” made by learners of an “open” hypermedia environment. The analysis of the users’ activity of this environment has been carried out within the theoretical and methodological framework designed to study the “course of action” in ecological situations. The description of users’ courses of action shows, on the one hand, a tendency to wander somewhat restlessly, which could be interpreted as a loss of meaning and/or a loss of one’s sense of orientation while browsing. Yet the study also reveals an ability which users have to “refer to themselves” and to capitalize opportunistically, as it were, on the “offers” or “affordances” contained within this “open” environment. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEste artículo presenta algunos resultados concernando las «situaciones problemáticas » y los usos « prometedores » de un ambiente hipermedia abierto. El análisis de la actividad de los usuarios de este ambiente en situación real de formación fue desarrollado a partir de un marco teórico y metodológico acerca del curso de la acción. La descripción del curso de las acciones de los usuarios muestra una inestabilidad interpretada como una pérdida de sentido y una desorientación, pero igualmente una capacidad de los usuarios a se autoreferenciar y a explotar de manera oportunista las ofertas de este ambiente abierto. |
