| Summary, etc. | Il s’agit de présenter un dispositif d’ateliers d’artistes, l’ ApA mis en place dans une institution de soin pour adolescents et s’inscrivant dans une perspective psychanalytique. Ce qui est mis en avant, c’est le contact de l’Art à la psychiatrie et non au thérapeutique comme tel. Comment penser le discours de l’artiste à l’hôpital ? Comment repenser aussi la psychiatrie comme un art à l’heure des évaluations, des méthodes quantitatives, des médicaments parfois abusivement prescrits aux adolescents. Comment faire, comment dé-faire, avec l’artiste en milieu du soin et non pas dans le soin. L’artiste n’est pas un soignant. L’artiste est celui de tous les possibles, de tous les trans-faire.L’attention est portée à la dynamique psychique des symptômes et aux remaniements psychiques potentiels permis par cette pratique en atelier, mais aussi à la dynamique psychique des soignants également mobilisée par cette pratique. Les ateliers artistiques font partie d’un dispositif clinique qui sera précisé. C’est ce dispositif clinique et son mode d’inscription dans l’institution qui pourraient conférer une dimension thérapeutique aux ateliers. L’objectif n’est pas la création d’œuvres mais la rencontre de l’adolescent avec la matière artistique et plus fondamentalement encore avec l’artiste et son champ de possibles. |

| Summary, etc. | This text introduces the ApA, an art workshop framework created in an institutional setting caring for adolescents and following the psychoanalytic orientation. We mean to underline the close contact between art and psychiatry, rather than between art and therapy as such. How can we apprehend the artistic discourse in the hospital? And how can psychiatry be considered as an art, in an age dominated by assessments, quantitative methods and medication, sometimes overprescribed to adolescents? How can the artist do and undo things, while he is situated inside the care unit but is not himself an agent of care? The artist is not a caregiver, but someone who opens a field of potentialities and has certain tools of trans-formation at his disposal.The essay focuses on the psychic dynamics of symptoms and the potential psychic transformations allowed by these workshops, but also the psychic dynamic of the staff, equally mobilized by this practice. These workshops are part of a clinical framework we shall discuss in greater detail; this clinical framework and its mode of inscription in the institution can yield a definite therapeutic effect. The aim is not to create works of art, but to facilitate the adolescent’s encounter with the artistic matter and, more fundamentally, with the artist and his field of possibilities. |
