Cette expérience hallucinatoire et délirante, angoissante mais tentative de structuration subjective, s’accompagne d’un refus de son apparence corporelle féminine et de l’envie d’un autre corps. Ce cas clinique développe les causes de ce bouleversement et l’importance d’une image masculine comme ressort de sa position homosexuelle féminine. |

| Summary, etc. | Ever since she failed to recognize herself in a mirror, a teenager has experienced herself as dissociated: multiple identities forcing themselves on her. Such a hallucinatory and delirious experience is highly distressing, yet it proves to be an attempt at a subjective structuring and is accompanied by her refusal of her feminine appearance and her desire for another body. This clinical case allows us to grasp the causes of this disruption and to trace the importance of a masculine image to mold her homosexual stance. |
