| Summary, etc. | La participation des personnes handicapées dans l’élaboration des politiques les concernant est un enjeu traversant de nombreux espaces sociaux. Au sein de l’espace sportif, cette volonté participative reste néanmoins marginale et peu défendue. L’article vise alors à comprendre ce phénomène en démontrant d’une part la difficulté pour les dirigeants sportifs à penser cette participation, et d’autre part la manière avec laquelle les enjeux de pouvoir autour de l’organisation de la pratique empêchent l’arrivée de nouveaux discours. La place de la personne handicapée dans le processus politique est ainsi interrogée au prisme d’une faible efficience et d’une prise de parole sous conditions d’inscription dans des dispositifs institutionnels et des trajectoires individuelles spécifiques. |

| Summary, etc. | The participation of people with disability in the development of policies concerning them is an issue through many social areas. In the sports area, this participative will nevertheless remain marginal and lightly defended. So, the article seeks to understand this phenomenon, demonstrating firstly the difficulty for sports leaders to think that participation, and secondly the manner in which the power issues around the organization of the practice prevents the arrival of new words. The role of the people with disabilities in the political process is so examined through the prism of low efficiency and a speech under conditions of integration in institutional arrangements and specific individual paths. |
