520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | The purpose of this article is to explore the concepts of actor and institution from an anchorage in the course of the sociology of intervention (and, more generally, social science of intervention). The first part recalls how some sociologists had to fight hard to accept the concept of actor (against a deterministic doxa) and how, over the paths, they managed to make it exist to explain a number of societal and social situations and changes or movements. The second part of this text, tries to present the consequences of an actionalist approach upon empowerment, participation and activation. |
