Summary, etc. | Cet article propose d’analyser la manière dont se jouent au concret, dans la relation d’aide avec les intervenants sociaux, les logiques d’activation, de participation des usagers, ainsi que de capacitation. Il s’appuie sur un travail empirique mené auprès d’intervenants et de parents bénéficiaires, aussi considérés comme « acteurs », impliqués dans des « parcours individualisés » dans le cadre du dispositif de Réussite éducative. Nous montrons comment l’intervention, par les interactions entre parents et intervenants, cherche à influer sur les subjectivités et les capacités individuelles, invitant le public à se mobiliser et à modifier ses pratiques, ici éducatives. Summary, etc. | This article aims to analyze how is played concretely, in the aid relationship with social workers, the logics of activation, participation of the users, and capacitation. It leans on an empirical investigation with case workers and parents considered at the same time as beneficiaries and actors, involved in "individual path" in the program of Educational Success. We show how the intervention, by the interactions between parents and case workers, to influence the individual subjectivities and capacities, inviting the public to mobilize and change its educational practices. Beyond the transformation of individuals, it is a process of normalization and social control that we see emerging. |
