| Summary, etc. | L’action sociale en général, et l’intervention éducative en particulier, sont régulièrement abordées en direction des populations conjoncturellement invalidées par les systèmes socio–économiques. Moins nombreuses sont les contributions qui proposent une approche de ces questions en fonction de ce qui, d’un point de vue administratif et politique, invalide structurellement certaines catégories d’individus.À partir donc des réalités rencontrées par les familles étrangères sur le territoire français et dans leur confrontation au champ de la protection de l’enfance, cet article propose une relecture synthétique de l’opérationnalité des concepts de désaffiliation et de disqualification sociale pour des individus régulièrement soumis, dans l’exercice de leurs fonctions éducatives, d’une part aux pressions des logiques sécuritaires de normalisation des comportements, d’autre part à une précarité entretenue de manière systémique. |

| Summary, etc. | Social action in general and educational intervention in particular are regularly studied from the point of view of the populations conjuncturally invalidated by the socio-economic systems. There are fewer articles dedicated to an approach to these questions linked to the factors that structurally invalidate certain categories of people from an administrative and political point of view.From these realities encountered by foreign families on French soil and in their confrontation with the field of childhood protection, this article offers a concise reinterpretation of the operationality of desaffiliation and social disqualification concepts for individuals who, in their educational duties, are regularly faced with the pressure of securitary factors of behaviour normalisation on the one hand and systematically maintained precarity on the other. |
