C’est même un marquage social déterminant qui touche à des domaines comme l’identité, l’altérité, la culture, l’art, la religion. Ainsi, manger dans la rue, lorsqu’on est une personne sans-abri, oblige à une réflexion qui redéfinit anthropologiquement une pratique sociale qui en principe s’inscrit dans une forme de rite de commensalité. Dès lors, que veut dire partager un repas ? Que veut dire manger seul ? Que veut dire la convivialité ? |
