Summary, etc. | La formation d’ASS, réformée dans le cadre général du processus de Bologne, est adossée depuis 2004 à un certain nombre de référentiels. Le principe de l’alternance est réaffirmé et la place des « terrains » renforcée. La prescription d’une alternance intégrative représente une opportunité pour interroger la formation initiale et continuée. Dans le cadre d’une recherche compréhensive qui porte sur l’activité de tutorat des ASS auprès de stagiaires, nous tentons de comprendre, dans une optique de didactique professionnelle, les chemins empruntés par les débutants dans leur apprentissage professionnel et les questions qui se posent à leurs accompagnateurs. Dans cet article, nous spécifions en quoi et comment une situation du répertoire professionnel « l’aide financière », dans son extension conceptuelle, peut se révéler pertinente pour l’apprentissage des règles du métier et la construction identitaire professionnelle. |

Summary, etc. | Exploring a potential learning situation in the work place: a proposal for social worker training Since undergoing reforms as part of the Bologna process, social worker training has been based on a competency framework since 2004. The principle of training combining work and academic studies is reaffirmed as well as the role of the “field.” This prescription of work-linked training and study offers an opportunity to assess initial training and continuing education. As part of a comprehensive investigation exploring the interaction between social work tutors and their trainees, we sought to understand, from a professional didactics point of view, the kinds of questions beginners ask themselves and their tutors early on in their professional training. In this article, we identify how one particular situation of the professional repertoire, the “financial aid situation,” may be relevant for learning about the profession and constructing one’s professional identity. |
