| Summary, etc. | Cet article décrit la création d’un centre de santé et social « communautaire », né d’une recherche-action conduite avec un groupe de femmes âgées migrantes par une assistante sociale, par ailleurs militante du droit des migrants. Cette expérience est comparée à d’autres initiatives de développement social communautaire en France. L’engagement dans cette expérimentation a été inspiré des principes de l’action communautaire et des réflexions sur les savoir-situés des féministes du care. Les pratiques mises en œuvre tentent de ré-instituer à la fois des personnes et des droits à travers deux éléments fondamentaux, communs aux autres sites : l’hospitalité et la convivialité qui font émerger conjointement les besoins et les ressources pour agir ; le souci pratique de l’effectivité des droits qui amène à construire des outils et des tactiques pour les faire advenir vraiment. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper describes the creation of a social and health community centre, developed in an action-research project, with elderly migrant women by a social worker who was also a militant for migrants’ rights. This experience is compared to other community development projects in France. The first part of the text identifies how the commitment in this experimentation is supported theoretically by the principles of community action and by the care feminists’ reflexions on situated-knowledge. The second part of the text expounds how the practices try to « re-institute » both people and rights through two key points, common to other places : Firstly, hospitality and conviviality (specially in their cultural dimension) allow the emergence of needs and resources to act at the same time. Secondly, concrete care about right effectiveness leads to build tools and tactics to make it happen really. |
