| Summary, etc. | L’article porte sur le travail d’auxiliaires de puériculture qui exercent dans une crèche récemment ouverte au sein d’une nurserie pénitentiaire où vivent des mères détenues avec leurs bébés. Issu d’une recherche de type ethnographique, l’article cherche à mettre en lumière les particularités du travail des auxiliaires dans cet espace contraint, où vivent en permanence les mères et les bébés. Deux dimensions sont mises en exergue : les difficultés du travail liées à l’imposition de logiques institutionnelles et hiérarchiques extrinsèques et contraignantes et le redéploiement du travail par les auxiliaires, donnant lieu à des pratiques originales, adaptées aux particularités du milieu. |
