| Summary, etc. | Cette contribution propose de comprendre comment des post-apprentis formés par la voie de l’alternance, s’emparent des dispositifs européens promouvant la mobilité reliée ici aux notions d’agilité et de plasticité portées par la modernité avancée. L’individu mobile est pris dans un double mouvement dans le temps et dans l’espace. La mobilité devient un théâtre dans lequel se joue une fonction de réorientation des projets identitaires des sujets. Le renouvellement des interactions sociales et professionnelles reconfigure le rapport de soi à soi et de soi aux autres. De type qualitatif, notre travail mobilise un corpus d’entretiens et de dessins des lieux traversés et investis durant le séjour en mobilité. Les résultats font émerger les usages que des post-apprentis font du dispositif qui leur est dédié et apportent un éclairage sur les apprentissages et les remaniements identitaires à l’œuvre au contact de lieux inconnus permettant d’envisager cet espace-temps comme un espace de transition. |

| Summary, etc. | Considering that European mechanisms promoting mobility offer a renewed vision of professional and training paths, this contribution proposes to study how subjects trained through work-based apprenticeships seize these opportunities. Mobility is linked to postmodern notions of agility and flexibility. The mobile individual is caught in a double movement through time and space. Mobility becomes a theatre in which people’s identities are being reorganized. This mostly qualitative research is based on interviews and drawings of places that were visited and lived in during the mobility episode. Our results highlight the uses that post-apprentices make of the available system. They underline the learning and identity changes that appear when in contact with unknown places, making it possible to consider this arrangement of space and time as a transitional space. |
