| Summary, etc. | Bien que ce secteur d’activité soit souvent présenté comme transitoire et précaire, des professionnels investissent l’animation et y font carrière via le recours aux diplômes professionnels préparés dans le cadre de la formation continue. Dans cet article, nous nous intéressons à des personnels de l’animation engagés dans une double diplomation mêlant un diplôme professionnel et une première année de Master. Ils s’engagent alors dans une expérience de formation inédite pour eux, qui mobilise une pratique réflexive individuelle et collective organisée et étayée sur l’écriture, les échanges et les apports des cours. Ce dispositif en permettant une reprise réflexive d’expériences scolaires, familiales, professionnelles, rend visible « chemin faisant », des enjeux très puissants autour de ce que nous nommons « la montée en légitimité », tant dans l’univers du travail que dans le registre symbolique, en accédant à des savoirs et à des diplômes qui pouvaient leur sembler inaccessibles. |

| Summary, etc. | Although this business sector is often presented as transitory and precarious, some professionals do choose to make a career as animators through the use of professional diplomas prepared within the framework of continuous education. In this article, we will focus on professional animators taking a joint diploma that combines a professional qualification and that of a first year Master’s degree. They are embarking on a completely new training experience which mobilizes both individual and collective reflexive practices organized and supported by writing, exchange and lessons. By allowing for a reflexive approach to school, family and professional experiences, this educational method reveals “along the way” some very powerful issues around what is known as “the rise in legitimacy”, both in working life as well as at a symbolic level, as they gain access to knowledge and diplomas that might have seemed otherwise inaccessible. |
