| Summary, etc. | L’article interroge la façon dont le projet entrepreneurial est accompagné par des conseillers chargés de l’orientation professionnelle à l’âge adulte. Il s’appuie sur des entretiens réalisés avec des conseillers du Conseil en évolution professionnelle (CEP), un service d’accompagnement qui a été mis en place en France par la loi du 5 mars 2014. Ces entretiens ont eu lieu dans le cadre d’une recherche menée par le laboratoire Cirel de 2017 à 2019 et financée par le Fonds Paritaire de Sécurisation des Parcours Professionnels (FPSPP). Les postures professionnelles identifiées dans le discours des conseillers et l’analyse de trois situations d’accompagnement de projets entrepreneuriaux montrent que le travail des conseillers se trouve en tension entre respect de l’autonomie de la personne et sécurisation de son parcours professionnel dans un souci de réduction des prises de risque au sein du marché de l’emploi. |

| Summary, etc. | This article questions the way in which entrepreneurial projects are supported by counselors responsible for career guidance in adulthood. It is based on interviews with counselors in charge of Professional Development Counseling (CEP), a service that was set up in France by the law of March 5, 2014. These interviews took place as part of a research carried out from 2017 to 2019 by the Cirel laboratory and financed by the Joint Fund for the Securing of Professional Careers (FPSPP). The professional postures identified in the discourse of the counselors and the analysis of three situations of entrepreneurial project support reveal that the counselors’ work is in tension between respecting the persons’ autonomy and securing their professional careers with a view to reducing risk-taking on the job market. |
