| Summary, etc. | A partir del estudio de las actas de un juicio sobre la ablación y de un caso clínico, la autora se propone mostrar el carácter polisémico de esta mutilación. Desde una perspectiva interdisciplinar (derecho, antropología, psicoanálisis), pretende analizar el conflicto entre la ley escrita y la ley grabada «in corpore». En este texto, se cuestiona la esencia del cuerpo que se dirige a la cirugía para la reparación del clítoris. Se demostrará así que el enfoque organicista es insuficiente, que no es posible ignorar el cuerpo animado por la vida pulsional si nos fijamos como objetivo la recuperación de estas pacientes. |
