Dans les années 1980 est apparu le qualificatif de pays émergent, et nous cherchons à déterminer si la Turquie présente les caractéristiques de cette catégorie de pays ou davantage celles des pays en développement ? Depuis la crise majeure de 2001, le retour de la croissance économique et de l’équilibre des principaux indicateurs macroéconomiques, ainsi que les réformes libérales impulsées par le Fonds monétaire international laissent entrevoir de nouvelles perspectives. Seront-elles au service du développement humain et du bien-être ? |

En los años 1980 apareció la calificación de país emergente y buscamos determinar si Turquía presenta las características de esa categoría de países o si presenta las de los países en desarrollo. Desde la profunda crisis de 2001, el retorno del crecimiento económico y del equilibrio de los principales indicadores macroeconómicos, así como las reformas liberales impulsadas por el Fondo Monetario Internacional, anuncian nuevas perspectivas. ¿Estarán al servicio del desarrollo humano y del bienestar ? |
