| Summary, etc. | L’article analyse les actions collectives agricoles transnationales qui ont émergé sur le thème de la souveraineté alimentaire en Afrique de l’Ouest depuis 2000 et propose des pistes de réflexion sur le rôle de la transnationalisation des mobilisations dans un contexte de multi-level gouvernance. L’article commence par analyser les conditions d’émergence de la notion sur la scène politique internationale. À partir de l’étude d’une mobilisation transnationale, d’une part, et de l’analyse du cas sénégalais, d’autre part, l’article vérifie ensuite l’hypothèse selon laquelle la notion de souveraineté alimentaire est appropriée par différents acteurs lors de mobilisations transnationales afin de servir des objectifs nationaux. L’émergence de la notion va ainsi participer à la repolitisation de la question alimentaire sur la scène politique internationale et son appropriation va faire naître des coalitions inattendues au profit d’objectifs particuliers. |

| Summary, etc. | Food Sovereignty : Agricultural Collective Action and Multiple Uses of a Transnational Concept This article analyzes the transnational agricultural collective action which has emerged in the name of food sovereignty, in Western Africa, since 2000. It proposes some thoughts about the role of transnational action in a multi-level governance context. The article begins by analyzing the conditions of the emergence of this notion on the international political scene. Based on the study of a transnational collective action on the one hand, and of the Senegalese case on the other, the article then states the hypothesis that the notion of food sovereignty is appropriated by different actors, at times of transnational mobilizations, in order to support national objectives. Thus, the emergence of food sovereignty participates in the politicization of food debates on the international political scene. This term has created some unexpected coalitions in aid of domestic objectives. |

| Summary, etc. | Soberanía alimentaria, movilizaciones colectivas agrícolas e instrumentaciones múltiples de un concepto transnacional El artículo analiza las acciones colectivas agrícolas transnacionales que emergieron en torno del tema de la soberanía alimentaria en Africa del Oeste desde el amo 2000 y propone algunas pistas de reflexión sobre el rol de la transnacionalización de las movilizaciones en un contexto de gobernancia multi-level. En primer lugar, el artículo analiza las condiciones de emergencia de la noción sobre la escena política internacional. A partir del estudio de una movilización transnacional, por un lado, y del análisis del caso senegalés, por el otro, el artículo verifica en segundo lugar la hipótesis que sostiene que la noción de soberanía alimentaria es apropiada por diferentes actores durante las movilizaciones transnacionales en beneficio de objetivos nacionales. La emergencia de la noción participa así en la repolitización de la cuestión alimentaria en la escena pública internacional y su apropiación genera coaliciones imprevistas en beneficio de objetivos particulares. |
