| Summary, etc. | À partir d’une monographie d’un réseau d’ONG européen s’attachant à développer le système de santé cubain, cet article analyse un dispositif d’aide réinterrogeant les soubassements politiques de l’aide internationale et de la « santé globale ». Militant contre l’embargo étasunien, ce réseau vise à le contourner pour acheminer des technologies médicales bloquées. Récemment, les activités se sont réorientées vers le renforcement du modèle sanitaire cubain, fondé sur les principes de la « santé pour tous » et rattaché à des politiques internationalistes. La portée de l’aide est globale : en aidant Cuba, il participe au développement sanitaire dans les pays du Sud. En outre, il s’inscrit dans un mouvement de résistance à l’endroit de la globalisation capitaliste. |

| Summary, etc. | The Practices of an NGO Network in Cuba : Medical Internationalism and Global Health Drawing from a monograph of a European NGO network dedicated to developing the Cuban health system, this article analyzes a distinctive aid model, questioning the political underpinnings of development aid and “global health”. This network aims to fight and bypass the US Embargo by facilitating the transport of currently blocked medical technologies. Recently, the NGO has reoriented its activities to reinforcing the Cuban health model, which is founded on principles of “health for all” and which is linked to internationalist politics. The aid’s scope is global : by helping Cuba, it contributes to the health development of the South. Moreover, it takes part in a movement of resistance against capitalist globalization. |

| Summary, etc. | Las actividades de una red de ONG en Cuba : internacionalismo médico y salud global En base a la monografía de una red de ONG europea aplicada a desarrollar el sistema de salud cubano, el presente artículo analiza un dispositivo de ayuda interrogándose acerca de los basamentos políticos de la ayuda internacional y de la “salud global”. Militante opositora al embargo estadounidense, esta red se propone esquivarlo para hacer llegar tecnologías médicas detenidas. Recientemente, las actividades fueron reorientadas hacia la consolidación del modelo sanitario cubano, fundado en los principios de la “salud para todos” y ligado políticas internacionalistas. El alcance dimensión global : al ayudar a Cuba, la red participa del desarrollo sanitario en los países de Sur, inscribiéndose asimismo en un movimiento de resistencia global para con la globalización capitalista. |
