| Summary, etc. | RésuméAlors que les sportifs professionnels sont aujourd’hui présentés comme des « champions du syndicalisme », le présent article revient au contraire sur les difficultés que peuvent éprouver les cyclistes professionnels à se mobiliser autour de causes communes. En interrogeant la dynamique professionnelle propre à cet univers et les conditions d’organisation de son marché du travail, l’analyse montre que les cadres de l’emploi et du travail cycliste produisent une individualisation du rapport au métier dont on peut mesurer certains effets sur les formes de mobilisation collective. |

| Summary, etc. | To think up the professional dynamic : a preamble to think up the collective mobilizations of the racing cyclistsWhereas professional sportsmen are today introduced as “trade-unionism champions”, this article, on the contrary, focuses on the difficulties that professional racing cyclists may have rallying around common causes. By asking the professional dynamic particular to this world and the organization conditions of its related labor market, the analysis shows that the frames of the cyclist’s employment and work generate an individualization of the relationship to the profession whom some effects are measurable on forms of collective mobilization. |
