| Summary, etc. | En novembre 2006, le monde sportif adoptait la convention collective nationale du sport (CCNS). Fruit d’un long processus de négociation commencé dans les années 1990, la CCNS ne vient pas seulement régler les relations de travail dans le domaine sportif : ce faisant, elle a obligé les acteurs concernés à définir son champ d’application, ainsi qu’à préciser le périmètre des activités sportives prises en compte. Le présent article tente d’analyser dans quelle mesure l’adoption de la CCNS, devenue juridiquement impérieuse, et comprise comme un processus de normalisation du travail sportif, a produit des effets sur le champ sportif. |

| Summary, etc. | In November 2006, the sports world adopted a collective bargaining agreement (Convention collective nationale du sport, CCNS). This agreement stemed from a long bargaining process that had begun in the 1990s. It does not only rule working relations in sports activities: by doing it, it has made negotiators define its field of application, and the area of sports activities it covers. This article tries to analyze how the adoption of this agreement, which can be ridden as a process of standardization of the sports work, has influenced the sports field. |
