| Summary, etc. | Cet article analyse la rencontre entre dispositions sociales des individus se professionnalisant dans le fitness et système managérial d’une marque leader mondiale basé sur des modalités d’apprentissage du métier spécifiques pour la construction d’un fort engagement. Entre rémunération basse et temps de travail élevé, nous souhaitons comprendre comment et pourquoi ces individus s’engagent corps et âme auprès des salles de sport où l’objectif de pratique, loin de celui des activités physiques et sportives ordinaires, concerne une efficacité de corps pour une performance esthétisante. Un « management par corps » est mis en évidence, agissant sur des individus en quête de reconnaissance sociale. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper analyse a meeting between socials dispositions about individuals who are entering in a professionalization process in fitness job, and learning methods of a particular managerial system whose aim is to build an intense engagement. We would like to understand how and why those individuals engage themselves body and soul, until remake a way of life, with privates fitness clubs where aims of practice concern body efficiency for an aesthetic performance. To answer the question we study a world leader fitness brand. Actually, a “management by body” is highlight, in this paper, under individuals who are in a social and symbolic recognition request. |
