| Summary, etc. | Nous avons observé que si les différents décrets (décret n° : 93-221 du 16 Février 1993 portant sur les régles professionnelles, décret n° : 93-345 du 15 Mars 1993 relatif aux actes professionnels) avaient bien été portés à la connaissance des infirmières, leur pratique professionnelle ne semblait pas refléter l’intégration du contenu de ces textes.Nous avons choisi comme modèle conceptuel la théorie d’Ajzen et Fishbein (1980) liée aux comportements humains.Les résultats obtenus aux questionnaires (ou instruments de mesure) ont permis d’évoquer le fait que malgré une législation précise, il demeure nombre de situations où le positionnement infirmier en matière de responsabilité n’est pas clair.Ce travail a permis de porter un regard nouveau sur le comportement des infirmières en matière de responsabilité, dans un souci constant d’amélioration de la qualité des soins. |

| Summary, etc. | We have noticed that if the different orders (order n° : 93-221 of the 16. February related to the professional rules, order n° : 93-345 of the 15. March. 1993 related to the professional acts) had indeed been brought to the nurses’ attention, the latter did not seem to have integrated the content of these texts into their professional experience.We have chosen as conceptual pattern the theory of Ajzen and Fishbein (1980) linked to the human behaviours.Thanks to the results obtained from the questionnaires (or measuring instruments) we can evoke the fact that, despite a precise legislation, there are still many situations where the position of the nurse faced with responsibility is not clear.This work permitted a new approach of the behaviour of the nurses faced with problems of responsibility, with a constant concern for the improvement of the quality of medical care. |
