| Summary, etc. | Ce troisième article est consacré à l’analyse des témoignages de onze patients ayant vécu une expérience de réconfort en phase postopératoire. Le processus herméneutique utilisé est celui proposé par Patricia Benner, toutefois un aspect novateur est présenté dans cette recherche. En effet, l’approche centrée sur la dyade « bénéficiaire – infirmière » permet trois types d’analyses successives et complémentaires : a) l’une dirigée sur les expériences des opérés, (b) l’autre axée sur le vécu des infirmières et (c) la dernière consacrée simultanément aux acteurs de chaque dyade.Cette approche méthodologique est indéniablement le point fort développé par l’auteur, dans le cadre d’une recherche herméneutique, car elle permet une analyse qui va au-delà d’un discours infirmier dont le patient – celui qui souffre – est le plus souvent le sujet absent. Deux recommandations pour la clinique terminent l’article. |

| Summary, etc. | This third article is consecrated to the testimony’s analysis of eleven patients having lived an experience of comfort in post-operative phase. The hermeneutic process used is the one proposed by Patricia Benner. However, a innovating aspect is presented in this research. Indeed, the approach centred on the dyad "patient – nurse" allows three types of successive and complementary analyses : (a) the one is directed on experience of operated people, (b) the second is directed on the nurse’s living experience and (c) the last is consecrated simultaneously to actors of each dyad.In the frame of the hermeneutic research, this methodological approach is undeniably the strongest point developed by the author, because, it allows an analysis which goes beyond the nursing speech whom the patient "who suffers" is more often the missing subject. Two clinical recommendations end this article. |
