Summary, etc. L’univers hospitalier, en permanente évolution, se complexifie et réduit la possibilité pour les acteurs d’avoir des points de repères fixes. Les changements affectent l’organisation, les rythmes et la division du travail dans le champ de la santé.L’idée d’un projet de soin médico-soignant viendrait ainsi offrir la possibilité d’acquérir une culture globale, facteur d’intégration et de gestion des diversités. La notion de performance collective, de mise en cohérence des compétences et des moyens au service de la personne soignée serait alors fédératrice. L’organisation en pôle qui répond à une volonté de remplacer la vision actuelle de l’hôpital, très parcellaire par une conception plus intégrée, invite les professionnels à coopérer. La gestion par processus qui consisterait à croiser la structuration en pôle avec les processus transversaux de prise en charge des patients, invite à se centrer sur les interphases. De plus, cette organisation multiplicatrice d’échanges et d’intelligence, en donnant l’initiative au terrain, peut permettre au Directeur des Soins d’être pro actif. Travailler en réseau plutôt que de façon pyramidale est une opportunité. La qualité de la coopération entre les acteurs étant déterminante pour passer d’une logique de territoire à une logique de projet.

A plural visionThe hospital world, in constant development, is becoming more complex and reduces the possibility for the actors to have fixed landmarks. Changes affect the organization, the rhythms and the division of labour in the field of health.The idea of a project of medical nursing care would thus come to offer the possibility of acquiring a global culture, a factor of integration and management of diversity. The organization in pole which meets a will to replace the current vision of the hospital, which is very fragmented, by a more integrated conception, invites the professionals to cooperate. Management by process which would consist in crossing structuring in pole with the transverse processes of taking care of the patients invites to focus on inter phases. Furthermore, this organization multiplying exchanges and intelligence, by giving initiative to the ground, can allow the Director of the Care to be proactive. To work in network rather than in a pyramidal way is an opportunity. The quality of the cooperation among the actors being determining to move from a logic of territory to a logic of project.
