Summary, etc. | Sur la base d’une étude qualitative menée auprès de dirigeants et de collaborateurs de deux organismes bancaires français, cette recherche recense les scénarios et les difficultés que ces derniers envisagent pour accélérer l’utilisation des canaux à distance (électroniques et téléphoniques). Nos résultats montrent qu’en raison de contraintes à la fois financières, environnementales, marketing mais surtout comportementales, les leviers d’action des dirigeants sont faibles pour encourager et éduquer les consommateurs à utiliser plus massivement les canaux à distance. |

Summary, etc. | Distance Service Channel : a Managerial Point of View Based on a qualitative study in two French banks, this research points out the scenarios, strengths and opportunities which are allowed to the top management of these banks to accelerate the use of the distant network. The results show that despite of financial, environmental and marketing constraints, firms have few possibilities to better orientate their clients in the use of the distant network because of the main break : the consumer behaviour. |

Summary, etc. | El uso de los nuevos canales de distribuction : lo que piensan los dirigantes En el marco de un estudio calitativo llevado a cabo con directores y colaboradores de dos instituciones banqueras francesas, este ensayo traduce y expone los escenarios y dificultades a las que deben enfrentarse dichas instituciones con el fin de aumentar el uso de los nuevos canales de distribucion de sus servicios (telefonicos y electronicos). Nuestros resultados demuestran que por causa de problemas financieros, medioambientales, de marketing y de comportamiento de los clientes, son pocas las posibilidades que tienen los dirigentes de dichas empresas para conseguir motivar e informar a los clientes a usar de manera masiva los nuevos canales de distribucion. |
