Summary, etc. | Cet article avait pour objectifs de déceler, d’apprécier le degré d’utilisation des TIC et leur influence sur la performance commerciale des entreprises. L’étude réalisée auprès d’un échantillon de 54 entreprises, présente les résultats qui ont permis de savoir que les principaux utilisateurs sont en majorité les chefs d’entreprises et les cadres. Au sein des entreprises, les domaines de gestion où les TIC sont plus utilisées sont la recherche-développement du marché et la gestion commerciale. Par ailleurs, les raisons de ces utilisations sont entre autres, la recherche des informations, la communication, le commerce et la publicité. Cette utilisation des TIC améliore le système d’information et influence positivement la performance commerciale des entreprises. |

Summary, etc. | Impact of information and communication technologies on the commercial performance of entreprises The scope of this study was to determine, appreciate the degree of ICT utilization and their impact to the commercial performance of the enterprise. The result of this study which carried out on the 54 enterprises, present that : owner-manager and execute administrator are the main users of ICT in these firms. Within these enterprises, the research and development for products/services and the trade are the domain where ICT are using to much. Those tools are using to trade actions, publicity, communication and research for more informations about the target market, environment and competition. This utilization improve the information system of the enterprise and influence positively the commercial performance. |

Summary, etc. | Impacto de las tecnologias de la informática y de la comunicación sobre la performce comercial de las empresas El objectivo de este artículo consistía en descubrir y apreciar el grado de utilización de las TIC y su influencia en las cualidades comerciales de las empresas. El estudio realizado sobre una muestra de 54 empresas presenta los resultados que permitieron saber que los principales utilizadores quedan, en particular, los jefes de las empresas y los personales dirigentes o mandos superiores. En las empresas, las sectores de gestión donde las TIC son más utilizados son la búsqueda del desarrollo del mercado la gestión comercial. Por otro lado, las razones de estos utilizadores quedan entre otras la búsqueda de las informaciones, la comercialización, el comercio y la publicidad. Este uso de las TIC a mejora el sistema de información e influencia positivamente las cualidades comerciales de las empresas. |
