| Summary, etc. | Les nombreuses contributions théoriques traitant de l’apprentissage organisationnel n’ont pas encore réglé réellement la question du passage du savoir individuel vers le savoir collectif, notamment dans la prise de décision. Cet article tente alors d’y apporter un éclairage au travers d’une analyse conceptuelle, d’une part, et d’une étude empirique qualitative réalisée auprès de 21 dirigeants, d’autre part. Les résultats de cette étude montrent, notamment, l’importance de remettre en cause le caractère fragmenté et linéaire de la problématique du transfert de l’apprentissage individuel vers l’apprentissage organisationnel et contribuent à plaider plutôt en faveur d’une approche intégrée et constructiviste. |

| Summary, etc. | Individual and organisational learning in the decision-making process Many theoretical contributions treating of organisational learning are not really settled yet the question of the passage from individual knowledge towards collective knowledge, in particularly in the decision-making. This article tries to clarify this question through an conceptual analyzes, on one side, and an empirical study carried out on 21 top managers, on other side. The results of this study shows, particularly, the importance to call into question the fragmented and linear character from the problem of the transfer from the individual learning towards the organisational learning and to pleading rather in favour of an integrated and constructivist approach. |

| Summary, etc. | Aprendizaje individual y colectivo de los procesos de toma de decisiones Muchas de las contribuciones teóricas que tratan el aprendizaje colectivo no resuelven aún la cuestión del paso entre el conocimiento individual y el conocimiento colectivo, especialmente en lo relativo a la toma de decisiones. Este artículo trata de aclarar la cuestión mediante un análisis conceptual, por una parte, y un estudio empírico llevado a cabo con 21 altos directivos, por otra. El resultado de este estudio muestra principalmente la impor tancia de cuestionarse el carácter lineal y fragmentado del problema de la transferencia entre el aprendizaje individual y el colectivo y de interpelar a favor de un estudio constructivo e integrado. |
