| Summary, etc. | L’insertion par l’activité économique constitue l’un des principaux instruments de lutte contre les exclusions en s’inscrivant dans une forte volonté de sortie des logiques d’assistance. Elle offre aux personnes en situation difficile la possibilité de bénéficier d’un véritable contrat de travail en milieu productif ainsi que d’un retour rapide à un statut social et professionnel. L’un des moyens d’arriver à cet objectif est le travail temporaire, par le biais des entreprises de travail temporaire d’insertion. La Loi de lutte contre l’exclusion du 29 juillet 1998 a contribué à clarifier les attributions et les obligations des ETTI. |

| Summary, etc. | La inserción por economia : un sector especifico La inserciÓn por actividad econÓmica constituye uno de los principales instrumentos de la lucha contra la exclusiÓn inscribiéndose en la fuerte voluntad de salir de la lÓgica de asistencia. Esto ofrece a las personas en situaciones dificiles la posibilidad de beneficiar de un verdadero contrato de trabajo en un entorno productivo y de la misma manera les permite el regreso rápido a un estatuto social y profesional. Uno de los medios para llegar a ese objetivo es el trabajo temporario, a través de las ETTI. La ley del 29 de julio de 1998 que lucha contra la exclusiÓn ha contribuido a clarificar las atribuciones y las obligaciones de las ETTI. |
