| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cet article est de contribuer à la connaissance des stratégies des entreprises gabonaises en matière d’acquisition de ressources humaines. Sur la base d’entretiens, il met en évidence les stratégies adoptées par les entreprises gabonaises face aux pressions exercées par deux institutions : « le pouvoir politique » et « les groupes ethniques ». Un modèle conceptuel dérivé des théories institutionnelles et de la dépendance des ressources sert de cadre d’analyse. L’étude met en évidence l’existence des réponses différenciées selon la nature de l’emploi et l’intensité des interconnections ? entreprise – institutions ? Celles-ci reflètent les stratégies de découplage, symboliques et d’activation des réseaux sociaux personnels. Enfin, des implications conceptuelles et des axes futurs de recherche sont proposés. |

| Summary, etc. | Institutional pressures and acquisition of human resources : the case of Gabonese businesses The present article intends to contribute to the acquaintance of Gabonese businesses strategies concerning the acquisition of human resources. Based on interviews, it highlights the strategies of Gabonese businesses against the influence of two institutions : ? the political power ? and ? ethnic groups ? A conceptual model based on institutional and resource dependence theories is used as the framework of the analysis. The study displays the existence of different responses according the type of work and the intensity of interconnections. These reflect decoupling, symbolical and boosting socio-personal networks. Finally, we’d suggest conceptual implications and future research work. |

| Summary, etc. | Presiones institucionales y adquisición de los recursos humanos (RH) : el caso de las empresas gabonesas Este artículo tiene como objetivo contribuir al conocimiento de unas estrategias de las empresas gabonesas en lo que se refiere a la adquisición de recursos humanos. Basándose en unas entrevistas, pone de realce las estrategias que las empresas gabonesas adoptaron frente a las presiones ejercidas por dos instituciones : « el poder político » y « los grupos étnicos ». Un modelo conceptual derivado de la teoría institucional y de la teoría de dependencia de los recursos, sirve de cuadro de análisis. El estudio destaca la existencia de unas respuestas diferenciadas según la naturaleza del empleo y la intensidad de las interconexiones « empresa — institución ». Esta última refleja las estrategias de desenganche, simbólicas y de activación de las redes socio-personales. Por fin, algunas implicaciones conceptuales y ejes futuros de investigación están propuestas. |
