| Summary, etc. | The control of foreign bank’s representations by the parent-bank Bank’s foreign branches and subsidiaries are subjected to a prudential control carried out by both the home and host countries authorities. This control relates to financial indicators which must be monitored constantly to ensure the stability of the banking systems. The control committees of the two countries must, for preoccupation with an effectiveness, cooperate by exchanging the data they had on the parent-bank and the entity abroad. There exists also the control exerted directly or indirectly by the parent-bank, which can take two principal forms : control by the results often carried out through the development and the follow-up of the budget and control by socialization carried out by the expatriates. |

| Summary, etc. | El control de las implantaciones bancarias en el extranjero por la sede central Las sucursales y las filiales bancarias en el extranjero están sometidas a un control cautelar efectuado por las autoridades bancarias del país de origen y del país de acogida. Este control se refiere a indicadores financieros que deben supervisarse constantemente para garantizar la estabilidad de los sistemas bancarios. Los órganos de control bancario de dos países deben, por deseo de eficacia, cooperar intercambiando los datos poseídos sobre el banco-madre y sobre la implantación en el extranjero. Existe también el control efectuado directamente o indirectamente por el banco-madre, y que puede tomar dos principales formas : el control por los resultados a menudo efectuado a través de la elaboración y el seguimiento del presupuesto y el control por socialización efectuado por medio de los gerentes expatriados. |
