| Summary, etc. | Cet article vise à définir rapidement la notion d’« auto-normativité », au centre de ma réflexion, et les conséquences que cette conception du rapport du patient à la norme et à sa maladie entraîne pour la relation de soin. C’est essentiellement son aspect dynamique et paradoxal qui est ici souligné ; et la difficulté pour le soignant à la dépister comme processus normatif, y compris au sein de comportements apparemment pathologiques. C’est donc à une ouverture d’esprit dans l’écoute clinique du sujet atteint d’une affection chronique que j’invite les soignants. |

| Summary, etc. | Focus on the self-normativity process in the training and support approach of the caregiversThe aim of this paper is to quickly define the notion of « self-nomativity », a central element of my thinking and the impact this notion of the patient’s link to his disease and the norm has on the health care relation. Its active and paradoxical aspect is highlighted as well as the difficulty for the caregiver to detect it as a normative process, even in the framework of apparently pathological behaviours. I therefore invite the caregivers to open their mind to the listening of the chronically ill patient during clinical examination. |
