| Summary, etc. | La recherche présentée ci-après interroge le modèle des transmissions ciblées dans la pratique des infirmières françaises. Entre les objectifs visés par le modèle et la réalité des pratiques, où situer la démarche réflexive de l’infirmière ?Pour répondre à cette question, la méthodologie retenue est celle de l’approche compréhensive. Elle se caractérise par la réalisation d’entretiens semi-directifs d’infirmières utilisant le modèle étudié, mais également par l’observation in situ des pratiques.Les résultats montrent que l’infirmière fait appel à une démarche réflexive dans la mobilisation du modèle des transmissions ciblées. Elle se situe « dans » l’action plus que « sur » ou « pour » l’action. La posture de l’infirmière face aux instruments mis à sa disposition est interrogée. |

Between the objectives targeted by this model and actual practice, where to place the reflective process of the nurse?To answer this question, the methodology used is the comprehensive approach. It is characterized by the production of semi-structured interviews of nurses using the model studied, but also by the in situ observation of practices.The results show that nurses engaged a reflexive process in the use of the focus charting model.
