| Summary, etc. | Cet article a comme objectif de proposer une réflexion sur le care en soins infirmiers au Brésil sur la base de certaines théories. A cette fin, nous débutons par une discussion sur le concept anglo-saxon du care et les possibles similitudes de traduction en langue portugaise. Nous présentons ensuite des auteurs qui étayèrent théoriquement certaines productions scientifiques dans le domaine de la santé et, spécifiquement, en soins infirmiers au Brésil. A partir de cette analyse, nous avons identifié la présence de diverses formes de penser les soins infirmiers. Néanmoins, en ce qui concerne le concept de care, tel qu’il est proposé en France, il n’existe que de rares études ou de recherches dont l’objet d’étude est le care. Toutefois, même face à cette production académique limitée à propos du care en santé, et en particulier dans le cadre des soins infirmiers au Brésil, il est possible de noter que les présupposés conceptuels sont en lien avec des enjeux spécifiques. Ces derniers sont basés sur des politiques de santé précises, telles que la Politique Nationale d’Humanisation et la Politique d’Éducation Permanente en Santé, ainsi que la propre organisation du Système Unique de Santé (SUS) qui visent l’intégralité de la prise en charge du patient. |

| Summary, etc. | Care in nursing in BrazilThe aim of this paper is to propose a reflection about the care in Brazilian nursing considering some theorists. For doing so, we have started with a discussion about the anglo saxon concept of care and possible translations into Portuguese language. After this, some authors who have theoretically subsidized some scientific productions in healthcare and specifically in Brazilian nursing are introduced. Within this analysis, the presence of different ways of thinking nursing care were identified, but in relation to the concept of care, as it has been proposed in France, there are not too many studies and scientific research. However, despite the limitation of academic research about care in health area, particularly in Brazilian nursing, it is possible to observe that its conceptual assumptions tangent certain bets made in some health policies such as the National Humanization Policy and the Health Continuing Education Policy, as well as in the organization of the Unified Health System, that focus on the integrality of patient care. |
