| Summary, etc. | Les fonds structurés sont une nouvelle génération de placement permettant d’investir dans des valeurs de la bourse tout en protégeant une partie ou l’intégralité du capital investi. L’offre de ces fonds n’a cessé de se développer ces dernières années. L’objectif de cet article est d’étudier les déterminants de l’offre des fonds structurés en France et les déterminants de la nature de la garantie proposée. Les résultats montrent que l’offre des fonds structurés dépend de la variation du niveau des taux d’intérêt. Les résultats montrent également que la nature de la garantie proposée est influencée par les taux d’intérêt sans risque, la volatilité du marché financier et l’éclatement du scandale relatif aux fonds Benefic. |

| Summary, etc. | The determinants of structured funds’ offer in France Structured funds are a new generation of investment allowing the investment in securities while protecting a part or the integrality of invested capital. These funds’ offer has not ceased developing these last years. The objective of this article is to study the determinants of structured funds’ offer in France and the determinants of the guarantee type proposed. The results show that structured funds’ offer depends on interest rates variations. The results show also that the proposed guarantee is influenced by these interest rates variations and the financial market volatility and the mediatization of the Benefic funds scandal. |

| Summary, etc. | Los fondos estructurados son una nueva generación de inversión que permite invertir en valores de la Bolsa y al mismo tiempo proteger una parte o la totalidad del capital asignado. La oferta de estos fondos no ha dejado de desarrollarse estos últimos años. El propósito de este artículo es estudiar los factores claves de la oferta de los fondos estructurados en Francia y también las características de la garantía propuesta. Los resultados indican que la oferta de los fondos estructurados depende de la variación de nivel de los tipos de interés. Los resultados muestran también que la garantía propuesta está influenciada por los tipos de interés libre de riesgo, la volatilidad del mercado financiero y el surgimiento del escándalo relativo a los fondos Benefic. |
