| Summary, etc. | Le monde traverse une crise sans précédent qui mêle finance, économie, social et culture. Si nous ne voulons pas être rejetés de ce monde, il faut alors questionner l’utopie fondatrice de nos sociétés modernes. Cette utopie a fondé la reconnaissance de la liberté individuelle. Mais l’idéologie du monde qu’elle a accouchée, a borné l’exercice de cette liberté par la propriété privée capitaliste. Cet article propose de repenser la propriété privée non plus à l’aune de la valeur d’échange mais de la valeur d’usage en s’appuyant sur le développement des communautés de marque et le questionnement des coopératives. Il propose pour ce faire une approche par les « commons » qui permet de proposer des règles de coordination de l’action collective dans la gestion du bien commun qui aura été défini au préalable ou qui est l’objet de cette action. Ce bien est donc tout autant une ressource à produire qu’une ressource à gérer. |

| Summary, etc. | Private property and collective action: cooperation as a mean to reappropriate the world This paper reconsiders commonly held views on the ownership and management of private property, contrasting capitalist and simple property, particularly as it relates to the impact of the firm shareholder governance model on the shape of society. I contrast an exchange value standpoint with a use value perspective to explicate current conditions under which neither the state nor the market prevail in organizing economic activity (i.e., the cooperative form of governance and community created brand value). This consideration is motivated by the scale and scope of the modern global crisis which combines financial, economic, social and cultural dimensions to produce world disenchantment (F. Fischbach, 2009a; H. Rosa, 2012). Dismissing the alternative of individuals simply forsaking engagement with society as it stands, it becomes necessary to revisit at this historical moment, the ideals on which modern societies are built, including the philosophy of freedom for all. This utopian concept has produced an ideology limited by capitalist notions of private property, motivating this inquiry. This paper offers mechanisms and recommendations regarding the formalized conditions for collective action and definitions of common guiding principles to facilitate new expressions of the principles of co-ordination. Such behaviour will allow for the development of common resources the purpose being a re-appropriation of the world. |

| Summary, etc. | El mundo atraviesa una crisis sin precedentes que mezcla finanzas, economía, social y cultura. Si no queremos que nos rechacen en este mundo, entonces tenemos que cuestionar la utopía fundadora de nuestras sociedades modernas. Esta utopía ha asentado el reconocimiento de la libertad individual. Pero la ideología del mundo que ha engendrado, ha acotado el ejercicio de esta libertad mediante la propiedad privada capitalista. Este artículo propone repensar la propiedad privada ya no como valor de intercambio sino como valor de uso apoyándose en el desarrollo de las comunidades de marca y el cuestionamiento de las cooperativas. Para ello propone un enfoque por los “commons” que permita proponer reglas de coordinación de la acción colectiva en la gestión del bien común que se haya definido previamente o que sea objeto de dicha acción. Por tanto ese bien es tanto un recurso para producir como un recurso para gestionar. |
