| Summary, etc. | Les PME tunisiennes sont appelées à assumer leur rôle sociétal surtout après la révolution tunisienne de janvier 2011. Il s’agit donc d’adopter de nouveaux comportements envers la société. Cette étude essaye d’analyser les comportements sociétaux adoptés par les PME tunisiennes. L’étude menée sur 9 PME montre qu’avant la révolution, celles-ci adoptaient un comportement où la dimension sociétale était négligée. Après la révolution, le comportement sociétal des PME est davantage basé sur la réactivité. Avec plus d’expérience en matière de gestion sociétale, certaines PME ont commencé à tirer profit de la dimension sociétale sur le plan économique. Cette recherche propose un processus d’évolution des comportements des PME en fonction du cycle de vie des pressions sociétales. |

| Summary, etc. | SMEs face CSR: a study of their behavior in the post-revolution Tunisian context SMEs are now called to play their social role especially with the development of social movement. New behaviors should be implementing giving new actions. This study explores the social behavior adopted by the SMEs after the Tunisian revolution. The study of nine SMEs shows that before the revolution, they adopt a behavior that the social dimension was neglected. After the revolution, the social behavior of SMEs is more based on reactivity. With more experience in social management, some SMEs have begun to take advantage of the social dimension in economic terms. This research proposes a change in behavior of SMEs based on the life cycle of social pressures process. |

| Summary, etc. | PYME tunecinas están llamados a cumplir con su función social, especialmente después de la revolución tunecina de enero de 2011.
