Summary, etc. La co-innovation, est une démarche d’innovation qui s’appuie sur le partage, la coopération entre divers partenaires de l’entreprise ou parties prenantes, dont le consommateur fait partie. L’objet de cet articleest d’explorer la co-innovation en train de se faire au travers de deux cas de PME afin de comprendre comment se conçoit l’innovation ouverte pour identifier quelques facteurs de réussite d’une telle démarche. Ce qui caractérise les deux cas étudiés est la démarche d’intelligence marketing qu’elles ont développée, chemin faisant et par la pratique, afin de replacer le client au centre de leur processus d’innovation. Il en ressort que l’élément déterminant de leur réussite dans cette démarche est la création de communautés stratégiques de connaissance.

Summary, etc. The marketing intelligence to co-innovation: the key role of strategic knowledge communities Co-innovation, is an innovative approach based on sharing, cooperation between various business partners and stakeholders, including the consumer is part. The purpose of this article is to explore co-innovation in the making through two cases of SMEs to understand how open innovation is conceived to identify some factors of success of such an approach. What distinguishes the two cases studied, is the marketing intelligence approach they have developed along the way and by doing so to place the customer at the center of their innovation process. It shows that the decisive factor for their success in this endeavor is the creation of strategic communities of knowledge.

Summary, etc. Co-innovación, es un enfoque innovador basado en el intercambio, la cooperación entre los distintos socios y accionistas de la empresa, incluyendo el consumidor es parte. El propósito de este artículo es explorar la co-innovación en la fabricación a través de dos casos de las PYME a comprender cómo la innovación abierta se concibe para identificar algunos de los factores de éxito de este tipo de enfoque. Lo que distingue a los dos casos estudiados, es el enfoque de marketing de inteligencia que han desarrollado a lo largo del camino y de este modo, poner al cliente en el centro de su proceso de innovación. Y muestra que el factor decisivo para su éxito en este esfuerzo es la creación de comunidades conocimiento estratégicas.
