| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cet article est de contribuer à une meilleure compréhension de l’articulation entre le déploiement des capacités dynamiques et les logiques de changement du BM. Nous avons réalisé une étude longitudinale et processuelle sur l’entreprise informatique Keyrus Tunisie à travers un volet rétrospectif (1997-2014) et un volet en temps réel (avril à juin 2014). L’étude met en évidence plusieurs logiques de changement du BM impulsées par les capacités dynamiques d’innovativité des dirigeants (créativité, dynamique apprenante, communication et interactions humaines et d’innovation). |

| Summary, etc. | Dynamic capabilities and changing of Business Model: the case of Keyrus Equinoxes Tunisia The aim of this article is to contribute to a better understanding of the articulation between the deployments of dynamic capabilities and changing of BM. We conducted a longitudinal and processual study on the company Keyrus Tunisia through a retrospective view (1997‑2014) and a real‑time dimension (April to June 2014). The study highlights several logics of changing BM driven by dynamic capabilities of innovativeness (creativity, knowledge, communication and interactions and of innovation). |

| Summary, etc. | El objetivo de este artículo es contribuir a una mejor comprensión de la relación entre el despliegue de las capacidades dinámicas y el cambio de la lógica del BM. Se realizó un estudio longitudinal sobre la sociedad Keyrus Túnez a través de una sección retrospectiva (1997‑2014) y una sección de tiempo real (abril a junio de 2014). El estudio pone de manifiesto varios cambios de la lógica del BM impulsados por capacidades dinámicas de Innovación (creatividad, la dinámica de aprendizaje, la comunicación y la interacción humana y la innovación). |
