Summary, etc. | À l’heure actuelle, les entreprises sont de plus en plus sensibilisées à l’impact sociétal de leurs activités et aux répercutions de celles-ci sur leur environnement. La responsabilité sociétale des entreprises nécessite ainsi des interactions avec les parties prenantes et les poussent à mieux communiquer sur leurs pratiques durables. Internet s’avère dès lors être l’outil de communication incontournable. Cette étude exploratoire s’effectuera en deux temps. Par l’utilisation d’une grille d’analyse et la technique du scoring, nous proposerons d’abord un classement des entreprises françaises de notre échantillon selon l’intensité de leur communication responsable sur internet, et nous tenterons de mieux comprendre quels sont les éléments stratégiques sur lesquels elles mettent l’accent d’un point de vue communicationnel. Ensuite, nous testerons un ensemble d’hypothèses de façon à mettre en évidence les variables explicatives du niveau communicationnel sur internet de l’entreprise responsable. |

Summary, etc. | Determinants of internet corporate social responsibility communication: the case of French enterprises At present time, enterprises make more and aware of societal impact of their activities and their repercussions on their environment. The corporate social responsibility of enterprises so requires interactions with the stakeholders and leads them to communicate better on their sustainable practices. Internet is proving to be therefore the indispensable communication tool. This study will be made in two phases. By the use of an analytical grid and the scoring technique, we will first propose a classification of the French companies of our sample according to the intensity of their responsible communication on Internet. Then, we will test a set of hypotheses so as to highlight the explanatory variables of the communicational level on Internet of the responsible enterprise. |

Summary, etc. | En la actualidad, las empresas son cada vez más sensibilizadas al impacto social de sus actividades y a repercutíamos de éstas sobre su entorno. La responsabilidad social corporativa de las empresas necesita así interacciones con las partes interesadas y los empujan a comunicar mejor sobre sus prácticas sostenibles. Internet se revela desde entonces ser la herramienta de comunicación ineludible. Este estudio se efectuará en dos tiempos. Por la utilización de una reja (tabla) de análisis y la técnica del scoring, propondremos primero una clasificación de las empresas francesas de nuestra muestra según la intensidad de su comunicación responsable en internet. Luego, someteremos a un test un conjunto de hipótesis para poner en evidencia las variables explicativas del nivel communicationnel en internet de la empresa responsable. |
