| Summary, etc. | La logistique s’entend aujourd’hui largement comme une approche managériale visant l’optimisation des flux des ressources d’une organisation. Or, plusieurs facteurs et processus conjugués invitent à identifier le développement, dans un triple sens, d’une logistique normative. Primo, une logistique appliquée au domaine des normes juridiques est conceptualisable à travers la littérature regroupée sous l’étiquette law and management, qui tend à présenter le droit comme une ressource au service de la performance et de la stratégie des organisations. Secundo, une logistique par la norme juridique est identifiable à travers le managerial turn pris par le droit, tournant qui a pour effet de faire apparaître ce dernier comme une technique de gestion et d’optimisation des flux économiques et sociaux. Tertio, une logistique des normes juridiques elles-mêmes aboutit à boucler la boucle managériale du droit, puisque les ressources normatives juridiques font l’objet de traitements logistiques en vue de la régulation et de management du flux normatif. |

| Summary, etc. | Law, a Normative Logistic: at the Confluence between Law and Management The logistics can widely be seen today as a managerial approach aiming at the optimization of the resource flows within an organization. Yet, several factors and combined processes invite to identify a three-way development of normative logistics. Firstly, logistics applied to the legal rules area can be conceptualize through literature grouped under the label “law and management”, which tends to present Law as a resource serving the organisation’s performance and strategy. Secondly, logistics applied to the legal rule is recognizable through the managerial turn taken by Law, a turn which results in revealing the latter as a technique of management and optimization of the economical and social flows. Thirdly, logistics of the legal rules themselves succeeds in closing the managerial loop borrowed by the Law, because the legal normative resources are the subject of logistic treatments aiming at the regulation and management of the normative flow. |

| Summary, etc. | Se entiende hoy en día ampliamente la logística como un intento emprendedor cuyo objetivo es la optimización de los flujos de los recursos de una organización. Sin embargo, muchos factores y procesos ajuntados llevan a identificar el desarrollo, en un triple sentido, de una logística normativa. Primero, una logística aplicada en el sentido de las normas jurídicas se puede conceptualizar a través una literatura reagrupada bajo la etiqueta “law and management”, que tiende a presentar el derecho como un recurso al servicio del resultado y de la estrategia de las organizaciones. Segundo, una logística por la norma jurídica se identifica a través el “managerial turn”, tomado por el derecho, orientación que tiene como efecto hacer aparecer este último como una técnica de gestión y de optimización de los flujos económicos y sociales. Tercero, una logística de las normas jurídicas, ellas mismas conduce a cerrar la hebilla emprendedora del derecho, puesto que los recursos normativos jurídicos son el objeto de tratamientos logísticos en vista de la regulación y del management del flujo normativo. |
