Summary, etc. | Toutes les entreprises algériennes, malgré leurs différences, ont le plus souvent un comportement culturel similaire. L’évaluation de la conformité de la culture du partenaire serait donc intéressante pour analyser la gestion stratégique des projets communs entre entreprises algériennes et étrangères. Dans ce contexte, le but de cet article est de connaître les principales dimensions culturelles qui pourraient influencer les performances de gestion stratégique des partenariats algéro-étrangers. Une enquête a été réalisée à partir de données d’entretiens provenant de 190 managers et employés de 10 organisations en partenariat ou ayant établi une expérience avec une entreprise étrangère. Les résultats portent sur les distances qui ont le plus d’influence sur la performance de la gestion stratégique du partenariat algéro-étranger. Cette étude pourrait être la première du genre traitant de l’économie algérienne et la tentative d’examiner le rôle de la distance culturelle dans la performance de gestion stratégique et comment elle affecte la réalisation des objectifs de partenariats algéro-étrangers. |

Summary, etc. | All Algerian companies despite their differences are most often having similar cultural prong of conduct. So the evaluation of the partner’s culture conformity would be interesting to deal with the strategic management of joint projects between Algerian and foreign companies. In this context the aim of this paper is to know the main cultural lines that could influence of the Algerian-foreign partnerships strategic management performance. A survey was carried out from interview data sourced derived from 190 managers and employees in 10 organizations which are on partnership or that have established an experience with foreign company. The results focus on the distances that have the greatest influence on the performance of the strategic management of the Algerian-foreign partnership. The sample of research is limited to ten companies. In addition the search did not treat each type of business separately. The study could be the first of its type dealing with Algerian economy and the attempt examines the role of culture distance in strategic management performance and how it affects the achievement of the Algerian-foreign partnerships objectives. |

Summary, etc. | A pesar de sus diferencias, todas las compañías argelinas muestran, en la mayoría de los casos, aristas de conducta cultural similares. Por lo tanto, sería interesante evaluar la conformidad con la cultura del socio para afrontar la gestión estratégica de los proyectos conjuntos entre las compañías argelinas y en el extranjero. En este contexto, el objetivo de este documento es conocer las principales líneas culturales que podrían influenciar el rendimiento de la gestión estratégica en las asociaciones argelino-extranjeras. Se ha realizado un estudio basado en datos de entrevistas procedentes de 190 gestores y empleados en 10 organizaciones que participan en asociaciones o que han vivido una experiencia con una compañía en el extranjero. El resultado está orientado hacia las distancias, que son el factor más influyente en el rendimiento de la gestión estratégica de la la asociación argelino-extranjera. La muestra de la investigación está limitada a diez compañías. Además, la búsqueda no abordaba por separado cada uno de los tipos de negocio. El estudio podría ser el primero en su género que aborda la economía argelina y el intento examina la función de la distancia cultural en el rendimiento de la gestión estratégica y el modo en que afecta a la consecución de los objetivos de las asociaciones argelino-extranjeras. |
