| Summary, etc. | Cet article analyse l’effet des facteurs de la socialisation ethnique dans la détermination de l’ethnicité ainsi que le comportement de la consommation alimentaire ethnique. Une étude quantitative a été menée auprès d’un échantillon de 450 observations, composé de personnes de différentes origines ethniques vivant en France. Nos résultats confirment le rôle de facteurs comme l’« influence des parents » et l’« influence des amis » dans la détermination de l’ethnicité et le comportement de consommation alimentaire ethnique des consommateurs ethniques. |

| Summary, etc. | Effect of Ethnic Socialization Factors on Determination of Ethnicity and Consumption Behavior This article analyzes the effect of the factors of ethnic socialization in determining ethnicity and the ethnic food consumption behavior. A quantitative study has been conducted among a sample of 450 observations composed of different ethnic origin persons living in France. Our results confirm the rule of factors such as “parental influence” and “friendship influence” in determining ethnicity and ethnic food consumption behavior of ethnic consumers. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo analiza el efecto de los factores de la socialización étnica en la determinación de la etnicidad, así como el comportamiento del consumo étnico de alimentos. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo en una muestra de 450 observaciones compuestas por personas de diferentes orígenes étnicos que viven en Francia. Nuestros hallazgos confirman el papel de factores como la “influencia de los padres” y la “influencia de los amigos” en la determinación de la etnicidad y el comportamiento alimentario étnico de los consumidores étnicos. |
