| Summary, etc. | Cet article vise à contribuer à la compréhension de la mode de management « libération d’entreprise » sous l’angle contrôle organisationnel. Éclairé par le tournant pratique, ce premier point d’étape d’une recherche auto-ethnographique s’est intéressé aux pratiques, techniques et outils utilisés par une filiale d’un groupe industriel européen pour « se libérer ». Il montre comment et pourquoi le contrôle organisationnel est même au cœur de cette « libération », en restituant la mise en place des « nouveaux » contrôles et la résistance des anciens. Il révèle aussi que cette « libération » s’appuie beaucoup sur des pratiques, techniques et outils d’anciennes modes de management mainstream comme « lean management » et « empowerment », et ceux de l’Excellence Opérationnelle qui semblerait émergente et mériterait d’être analysée. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper contributes to the understanding of a management fashion “liberated organizations” through management control practices. Based on an auto-ethnography case study in an European industrial group’s subsidiary company which is implementing “liberated organization” model, and guided by Schatzki’s practice theory, this research reveals how the “new” control practices are implemented, as well as how and why the “old” ones resist the changes and the tension generated. Our research demonstrates that the management control is the central issue during the “liberation” implementation. It also highlights that the practices, techniques and tools utilized during “liberation” are that used by other old mainstream management fashions like lean management, empowerment and that of a new one which seems worth of further investigation: operational excellence. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo tiene como objetivo contribuir a la comprensión del modo de gestión « liberación de la empresa » bajo el control de la organización de ángulo. Iluminada por el punto de inflexión práctico, esta primera etapa de una investigación auto etnográfica se centró en las prácticas, técnicas y herramientas utilizadas por una filial de un grupo industrial europeo para « liberarse ». Muestra cómo y por qué el control organizacional está incluso en el corazón de esta « liberación », restaurando cómo se ponen en práctica los « nuevos » controles y la resistencia de los antiguos. También revela que esta « liberación » depende en gran medida de las prácticas, técnicas y herramientas de otros viejos métodos de gestión, como « gestión eficiente » y « empoderamiento », así como los de « excelencia operativa » que parece estar surgiendo y merece ser analizado. |
