Pour en finir avec le mal-être généré par le traditionnel modèle Command and control, les tenants de l’entreprise libérée proposent de responsabiliser les salariés. Compte tenu de la pluralité des identités professionnelles, on peut s’interroger sur cette idéalisation de l’intrapreneuriat. Face au risque de psychologisation du travail laissant croire que la personne est à la fois cause et solution du problème, cet article vise à mieux cerner les conditions d’organisation du travail favorables au bonheur des travailleurs, du moins à leur bien-être. |

Summary, etc. | Impulsada por el movimiento empresa liberada, la felicidad en el trabajo se ha convertido en un tema candente. Para poner fin al malestar generado por el modelo tradicional de Mando y control, los proponentes de la empresa liberada proponen empoderar a los empleados. Dada la pluralidad de identidades profesionales, podemos cuestionar esta idealización del intraemprendimiento. Frente al riesgo de psicologización del trabajo que sugiere que la persona es a la vez causa y solución del problema, este artículo tiene como objetivo identificar mejor las condiciones de organización del trabajo favorables para la felicidad de los trabajadores, al menos para su bienestar. |
